Dominique hooked us up this morning. He's one of the concieges at our hotel. He told us about a little Puerto Rican restaurant where we could eat breakfast. It's not a touristy place. I think we were the only tourists there. They serve something called a Mallorca. It's similar to a beniet (I think I spelled that right. The things you get at Cafe Du Munde in New Orleans.) Anyway... They serve traditional breakfast with these. They are so good. We are on a ferry now headed to the Bacardi Rum Factory. Not to drink, just to see how it's made.
